Coaching and consulting services are professional and educational in nature. They are not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice.
You acknowledge and agree that:

Results are not guaranteed
Coaching and consulting are collaborative processes that depend on your participation
You understand that:
You are solely responsible for implementing insights, decisions, and actions arising from the Services
The Company does not direct or control your personal, professional, or organizational decisions
You may discontinue participation in the Services at any time
Certain Services may require registration through a third-party platform (such as Podia). You agree to provide accurate, current information and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
All fees are disclosed at the time of purchase or engagement. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) and are subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Digital products and downloads are non-refundable once accessed
Coaching and consulting fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered
Any exceptions will be communicated clearly at the point of purchase.
All content provided through the Services—including text, frameworks, guides, exercises, graphics, recordings, and branding—is the intellectual property of Fischthal Consulting, LLC unless otherwise noted.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for your personal or internal professional use only.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell materials
Share digital products publicly or privately
Use materials for training, facilitation, or commercial purposes without written permission

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fischthal Consulting, LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect
No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver
