Coaching

For individuals who sense something needs to shift and want space to reflect, gain perspective, and move forward with greater clarity.

Coaching is a reflective, collaborative space to slow down, notice patterns, and explore what may be getting in the way. It supports clarity and practical next steps—without rushing the process.

My coaching is informed by Gestalt principles, with attention to awareness, presence, and the whole context you're operating within. Clients often arrive with a goal or challenge; together, we explore how that goal is showing up in the present moment—what's working, what's getting in the way, and what's emerging—so next steps are grounded and meaningful.

When Coaching is Helpful

  • Navigating a career or leadership transition
  • Feeling stuck, uncertain, or at a crossroads
  • Carrying increased responsibility, complexity, or visibility
  • Working through a decision that has personal or professional weight
  • Wanting space to reflect, learn, and move forward with greater clarity

What You Can Expect

Coaching conversations are thoughtful, practical, and grounded. We focus on what's present, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and support clarity that leads to intentional action—at a pace that respects your process.

What Engagements Look Like

Coaching engagements may include one-on-one sessions or small-group coaching. We'll determine the structure together during an initial conversation. Most clients choose a short series to build momentum, with flexibility based on what you need.
